Return and Exchange Policy - Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your purchase is not what you expected or doesn't match your decor? Not a problem! With Wayzata Nautical your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. No exceptions.

Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price, excluding shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Wayzata Nautical offers free exchanges (no restocking fees) when you exchange your product for one of equal or greater value. If you received free shipping on your order, please be aware that if you exchange one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your exchange amount.
Contact us by email at Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for your return/exchange. Please include your name, contact information, order number, item number(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason for your return/exchange in order to expedite your service.
Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted without a Return Authorization.
Please contact Wayzata Nautical about any returns or item questions, not the manufacturer.
You are responsible for the shipping fees to return items to our warehouses for a refund or exchange.
All merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. If an item has been assembled it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Special orders and personalized orders are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Orders to international destinations (Canada) are not returnable/exchangeable.
Large volume orders $1000+ and/or over 50 pieces may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Please call us for details.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
Please e-mail us at Customer Service or call us at 800-980-2639 in case of damaged items or lost shipments.

Wayzata Nautical reserves the right to substitute comparable products of equal or greater value to the customer's original order for out of stock items. In the event we do not have sufficient inventory to ship your order, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. At that time we will provide you with the opportunity to accept the comparable product or cancel the order.

Product packaging displayed on the website may not match the product packaging shipped to the customer.

Any sales, use or applicable tax is based on the location to which the order is shipped. Any other tarrifs, duties, taxes, customs, etc are the customer's responsibility--no exceptions.

All sales are subject to sales and use taxes for sales to residents of all States where sales and use tax is applicable, unless there is on file with Wayzata Nautical at the time of the sale a valid resale exemption certificate or direct pay certificate.

In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Wayzata Nautical shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure and embargo.
